With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

The iStore Technical Support Technicians are individuals who possess strong technical skills combined with excellent people skills.

Your role will involve providing technical support to iStore customers through troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering software support. You will also provide training and assistance to customers as needed, ensuring an exceptional and professional support experience.

You Need To Have

  • Completed Matric and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
  • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support
