A well-established electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Technical Specialist to take ownership of the technical aspects relating to Bills of Materials (BOMs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), and stencil requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and loading BOMs, managing PCB quotations and procurement, supporting production teams, liaising with suppliers, and driving process improvements across manufacturing operations. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge electronic production technologies and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product quality and operational efficiency.

Education:

• Bachelor of Technology in Electronic Engineering.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering advantageous.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years' experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience generating, reviewing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quotations, procurement and supplier management.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Experience investigating production issues and implementing process improvements.
• Exposure to SMT manufacturing environments and PCB assembly processes.
• Ability to provide technical support and advisory services to production, quality and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
