Position Overview:

Recruyt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in sourcing top-tier, niche technical talent for some of the most innovative and mission-driven companies around the world. You will work with leading startups, midsize, and hypergrowth companies, focusing on identifying and engaging engineers, developers, and other technical professionals for mission-critical roles.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring their career aspirations align with client needs, and driving successful outcomes in a competitive, high-demand market. The position will require the ability to work some overlapping US hours to maintain close collaboration with clients across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage highly skilled engineers, developers, and technical professionals for a wide range of roles in innovative and fast-paced tech sectors
• Set up pre-screen interviews with the Lead Recruiter to assess candidates’ qualifications, technical expertise, and alignment with client needs
• Review resumes and profiles to identify key strengths and skills
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure the sourcing strategy aligns with business objectives
• Regularly participate in client meetings to provide updates on sourcing progress and discuss potential candidates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales, ideally within the tech industry
• Familiarity with technical roles, particularly software/hardware engineering, development, and other niche tech talent
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem etc.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Ability to work US hours that overlap with the team for smooth collaboration with clients across different time zones
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to evolving business needs
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
