The Technical Service Representative position involves providing technical support for roofing to the sales team both on-site and in the office.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Basic report writing skills.
  • Willing and able to travel throughout Sub-Saharan Africa when required.
  • Must have a valid passport.
Performance Areas
Technical Support to Sales
  • Support sales representatives and their clients.
  • Ensure specification compliance through on-site inspections and sample panels.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide samples and assist with product development and evaluation.
  • Conduct investigative work and follow up on customer complaints.
Administration
  • Maintain accurate project records.
  • Submit timely and accurate call reports and technical reports.
  • Keep detailed reference reports on major projects.
Compliance and Safety
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Wear PPE and follow safety protocols on site.
  • Properly use and store company assets and equipment.
