It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Essential FunctionsOversee daily operations and manage P&L for the Technical Services departments in Singapore and Malaysia.Lead and mentor an extended team of managers, engineers, and technicians to drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and technical competency .Develop and execute strategic plans and departmental goals aligned with regional objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand service revenue and profitability.Ensuring that all medical devices are properly maintained, calibrated, and serviced to meet stringent regulatory standards and performance expectations.Supporting healthcare providers by ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of our devices throughout their lifecycle.Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting and emergency field service support as required.Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Partner with relevant departments on strategic initiatives to increase ExpertCare adoption rates across the region.Ensure compliance with documentation standards and local regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPMDS).Required / Preferred Education And ExperienceMinimum 5 years of technical experience in the Medical Device or Biomedical Engineering industryAt least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a similar technical roleProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levelsStrong background in on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively under pressureStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than countries around the world.
