Technical Service Agent - Gauteng

Ecowize is looking for a Technical Service Agent to ensure that satellites are fully operational through performing preventative maintenance as per service schedule.

Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to optimize resources (manpower, energy, and water), including the utilization of industrial washing systems and conducting time-study activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to site managers, cleaning teams, technical sales consultants, and customers to meet their needs.
• Manage and resolve complaints, advising internal and external stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, ensuring maintenance costs are minimized while managing assets efficiently and fostering innovation.
• Ensure audit procedures conform to client quality standards.
• Verify the accuracy and precision of chemical verification processes.
• Manage Health and Safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), safeguarding personal information and controlling access in line with company policies.
• Provide effective solutions to site pain points from a maintenance perspective.
• Perform routine maintenance on chemical dosing pumps to ensure system functionality.
• Provide onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.
