Ecowize is seeking a Technical Service Technician responsible for ensuring that satellites are fully operational through preventative maintenance as per the service schedule.

The role involves continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize resources such as manpower, energy, and water. This includes the utilization of industrial washing systems and conducting time-study activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to site managers, cleaning teams, technical sales consultants, and customers to meet their needs.
• Manage and resolve complaints, advising stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, minimize maintenance costs, and drive efficiencies and innovation, including asset management.
• Ensure audit procedures conform to client quality standards and verify chemical application accuracy.
• Manage health and safety, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and environmental requirements.
• Comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), safeguarding personal data and password access in line with company policies.
• Provide effective maintenance solutions to address site issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on chemical dosing pumps and ensure system functionality.
• Offer onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.
