- Your mission is to build powerful relationships with industrial clients, identifying potential customers and offering cleaning solutions for all parts of their business.
- You will be the architect of our industrial success, ensuring our brand presence is strong and sales targets are exceeded through expert consultation and compelling on-site product demonstrations.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in field sales.
- Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
- A strong technical aptitude and the ability to clearly communicate at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
Your WOW Impact
- Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer visits and conduct at least 3 product demos per week.
- Submit a minimum of 10 quotes weekly and ensure all customer information and activities are accurately captured in our CRM system (OneView).
- Deliver, commission, and provide training for all machines sold to the customer, completing all handover documentation.
