Job description

Operational

  • Achieve growth and sales objectives by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives and provide guidance.
  • Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and present sales forecasts to management.
  • Develop and manage annual sales budgets.
  • Control expenses and monitor budget adherence.
  • Enhance product knowledge across the entire product portfolio.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with the finance department, utilizing advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Leverage experience in marketing and selling industrial process instrumentation and project solutions.
  • Possess technical sales skills related to pumps, equipment, mining, automotive (e.g., Ford, Toyota), bakeries, fuel, and gas industries.
  • Have relevant product and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including coaching, advising, motivating, and replacing sales representatives to maintain a high-performance sales force.
  • This role is hands-on with limited internal support structure.
