- Achieve growth and sales objectives by effectively managing the sales team.

- Possess technical sales skills related to pumps, equipment, mining, automotive (e.g., Ford, Toyota), bakeries, fuel, and gas industries.
- Have relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrate experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including coaching, advising, motivating, and replacing sales representatives to maintain a high-performance sales force.
- This role is hands-on with limited internal support structure.
