Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target industries to promote hydraulic and industrial product solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across existing and new accounts
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients on hydraulic motors, systems, and components
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and application consultations
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of technical sales experience in hydraulic systems, hydraulic motors, or related industrial/engineering products
  • Proven track record of B2B / business-to-business sales
  • Technical understanding of Hydraulics or similar product lines is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Cape Town
  • Valid driver's license and own transport essential

Package Includes:

  • Basic salary of R35,000 depending on experience
