We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the sales of rock crushers and conveyor systems for the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical or mining engineering, coupled with excellent sales and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote rock crushers and conveyor systems to mining companies, quarries, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations, ensuring clients understand the operational and financial benefits of our equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting assistance, and coordinate maintenance or upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of rock crushers, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and remote mining locations.
• Valid drivers license.
