A leading Waste Management Company is seeking the services of a veteran Technical Sales Consultant

POSITION INFO : PURPOSE OF POSITION

Focus on selling waste management services to Third Party Waste Companies, Spill Response Companies, Waste Transporters, Waste Generators, and Asbestos Contractors. The role will primarily involve promoting our services across key facilities such as Landfill, Effluent Treatment, Waste to Energy, and Waste Beneficiation plants. Purpose to drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base through effective account management and new business development

RESPONSIBILITES RELATING TO KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Third Party Waste Companies, Spill Response Companies, Waste Transporters, Waste Generators, and Asbestos Contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at targeted facilities (Internal & External)
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our waste management services and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service delivery
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company policies and delegation of authority
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Experience selling to or working with Third Party Waste Companies, Spill Response Companies, Waste Transporters, Waste Generators, or Asbestos Contractors
  • Knowledge of waste treatment technologies and environmental services
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in waste management services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste management regulations and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
