What You'll Do:

1. Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
2. Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
4. Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
2. 7 years of software development experience.
3. 3 years in a lead or architect role.
4. Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
5. Expertise in C# .NET ASP Core / MVC Angular.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
