Job Title: Technical Representative - JHB

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of technical strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage, maintain, and exceed drawing register deadlines.
• Handle technical sales inquiries.
• Conduct site visits, final inspections for SAFLOCK guarantee occupational certificates, troubleshooting inspections.
• Respond to in-house measurement requests.
• Provide effective technical services to the external marketing team.
• Oversee the progress of drawing inquiries, leading to the successful generation of roofing layouts as required.
• Assist sales and production departments with technical support.
• Gather and share market intelligence with stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints.
• Administer technical training and provide advice to stakeholders.
• Participate in stock takes, conferences, and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum academic qualification: Matric & Drafting certification.
