Description

To provide accurate and efficient technical assistance to the company's in-house departments as well as to provide outstanding service to all clients through the generation of accurate technical opinion measurements (where applicable), with the ultimate aim of achieving company profitability & objectives and in line with acceptable corporate governance standards.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

1. Contributing to the development of the technical strategy and plans which contribute to the overall business objectives.
2. Managing, maintaining, and exceeding drawing register due dates.
3. Attending to technical sales enquiries.
4. Conducting site visits, final inspections for SAFLOCK guarantee, occupational certificate inspections, troubleshooting inspections.
5. Attending to in-house measurement requests.
6. Providing effective technical service to the external marketing arm.
7. Managing & controlling the progress of drawing enquiries through to successful generation of roofing layouts as required.
8. Providing assistance to sales and production departments in all technical areas.
9. Gathering and sharing market intelligence with all stakeholders.
10. Communicating and assisting in resolving customer complaints.
11. Administering technical training and advice to stakeholders.
12. Participating in stock takes, conferences, and training sessions.
13. Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
