Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination/admin support.
  • Experience in telecoms/ISP environment is essential.
  • Exposure to FTTH, FTTB, VoIP, or network rollouts preferred.

Job description

Role : The Technical Project manager is responsible for supporting the successful execution and delivery of fibre, VoIP, ISP, and connectivity-related projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. In addition, there may be requirements to assist with technical aspects such as configuring routers etc.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and schedule fibre / VoIP installations and migrations
  • Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and compile reports
  • Coordinate with clients, technicians, and suppliers
  • Manage logistics including equipment, permits, and technician scheduling
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with close-out procedures

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination / admin support. MUST have experience in a telecoms / ISP environment.
  • Must have exposure to FTTH, FTTB, VoIP, or network rollouts
  • Must have experience in IT support including network and voice support or ISP.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking / CRM tools
  • Diploma or certification in Project Management, Telecoms, or IT (advantageous)
