What You’ll Do

As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between wild ideas and clean execution. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering to keep projects running smoothly.

• Drive sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery timelines
• Translate product vision into actionable engineering roadmaps
• Coordinate across teams and time zones to remove blockers
• Maintain Jira and other project management tools
• Own communication—internal and external—about what’s being built, by whom, why, and when
• Track progress, scope creep, and manage challenges
• Help the team move fast without breaking everything (only some things)

What You Bring

• You’re not just a project manager. You’re a tech whisperer, chaos wrangler, and execution machine.
• 3+ years in technical project management, preferably in startups or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of modern software development cycles (bonus if you’ve shipped social or consumer platforms)
• Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and unafraid to say "no"
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, Figma, and GitHub
• Able to balance speed and quality without losing your mind
• Comfortable working asynchronously, remotely, and in ambiguity
• You care deeply about the product, the people, and the mission
