Job summary

Ndhuvi Trading Enterprise is seeking an experienced Production Manager (Technical) to oversee the daily operations of our Electrical Enclosures Manufacturing Facility. The role requires leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a track record in steel and electrical product production to drive efficiency, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the production floor including CNC, welding, cutting, assembly and finishing areas.
• Monitor machine performance, optimize run times and reduce downtime.
• Direct and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling and activities to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, production schedules and cost efficiency targets.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
