Are you passionate about the science behind the perfect pour and the craft of great coffee? We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our client's field service and equipment operations across their coffee and draught product lines. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee installations, maintenance, and technical support—ensuring every tap and espresso shot meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 4 to 5 years proven experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transport
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be willing to do extensive travelling (When required)
• Must be available for escalations after hours and on weekends (When required)
