  7. Ensure Competent Technical Staff & Sales Engineers Training

Operational Management of Training and Training Academy:

  1. Manage Marketing and Sales staff Training
  2. Manage counter sales and telephonic support training
  3. Manage Client training product knowledge

Experience Required:

  1. Operational Management of Technical Services (B2B)
  2. Operational Management of the delivery of training to staff & clients
  3. Operational Management of Internal Technical Systems
