JOB TITLE : Technical Operations Coordinator

Salary / CTC : R 15 000 R 16 000 (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)

Key Responsibilities :
General :
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients at the office with equipment drop-offs for repair
Insurance :
- Receive and process claims
- Liaise with clients, advisors, technicians, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Compile reports and claims documentation bundles
- Coordinate courier and collection arrangements
- Process invoices for excess payments and replacement units
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) :
- Manage and schedule services based on technical availability
- Process job cards and certificates
- Prepare quotations, aftersales reports, and invoice bundles
- Update SLA records and submit to consultants
Technical Admin / Technical Support :
- Assist with quote preparation and liaising with suppliers
- Maintain and update registers and asset tracking systems
- Coordinate document uploads and asset tracking using Xrobotix
Qualifications and Skills :
Qualifications :
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum
- Tertiary qualification in Administration, Technical Services, or related field (advantageous)
Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in invoicing, quotations, and document control
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Basic technical and financial understanding
Experience :
- 2+ years in a technical admin, operations, or customer service support role
- Prior involvement in client liaison and vendor / supplier communication
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, discreet, and customer-focused
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, self-motivated
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach and dependable
Working Conditions :
- Office-based with regular interaction with clients, suppliers, and technical staff
- Occasional travel for collections or client visits may be required (own reliable transport essential)
- Training provided in technical department for repair verification processes
