The National Construction Incubator (NCI) seeks a Technical Mentor based in Gauteng to develop emerging construction businesses through guidance and skill enhancement. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering and substantial experience, particularly in electrical works, to drive sustainability and job creation in South Africa.
INTERNAL / EXTERNAL ADVERT
Preferably with qualifications in Quantity Surveying and/or Construction Management/Civil Engineering, with verifiable experience in electrical works, project management, and site supervision.
Extensive knowledge of the built environment and electrical works pricing.
Good verbal and written communication skills, decision-making skills, relationship building, management, teamwork, problem-solving, planning, organizing, and control skills.
Ability to speak, read, and write at least two of the 11 South African languages, with one vernacular language as an advantage.
