• Extensive experience with Microsoft Server 2008-2022 installation and maintenance
• Proficiency with Windows 10 / 11
• Experience with VMware 6x / 7x
• Knowledge of Veeam 10 / 11 / 12
• Experience with UPS / APC
• Familiarity with Dell Server hardware R730-R760
• Support experience with internet fiber and wireless links
• Good understanding of IPv4
• Knowledge of VPN technologies
• Experience with Sophos firewalls
• Familiarity with Webroot antivirus
• Ability to manage two junior technicians, including daily reports and staff reporting to the Technical Manager
