Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ technical/workshop management experience in automotive/mining/OEM sectors.
• Automotive manufacturing or component experience is essential.
• Strong technical and mechanical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and workshop operations to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Structure operations to meet production schedules and maximise output.
• Implement new products and processes and support technical projects.
• Analyse equipment, capacity and manpower to support operations.
• Ensure tooling is available, calibrated and maintained.
• Lead and develop technical and production staff; manage performance.
