What You'll Do

As a Technology Senior Logistics Consultant, your role involves working in a global team, focusing on positioning and delivering DMLT services in Spain, globally, as well as internal projects.

Your main tasks include:

1. Building expertise to configure Data migration and Data transformation tools.
2. Executing data migration/transformation activities in projects.
3. Analyzing and resolving issues from customer testing.
4. Developing competencies to become a solution expert quickly.
5. Creating best practice documents and onboarding colleagues, demonstrating scalability by working with other delivery consultants.
6. Identifying customer logistics needs and designing solutions from the DMLT portfolio and beyond.
7. Leading customer opportunities throughout presales, sales, and delivery, including solution design.
8. Facilitating customer workshops to validate solution designs.
9. Leading DMLT project delivery remotely and onsite within regional and global teams.
10. Conducting feasibility studies and system analyses supported by SAP DMLT methodology.
11. Enhancing DMLT solution design based on market requirements and identifying improvements.
12. Having a strong background in SAP Modules – SD, MM, PP, PM – with a good understanding of SAP data models.
13. Collaborating across roles within the company.
14. Building and maintaining trustful relationships internally and externally.

Who You Are

3-5 years of technical consulting delivery experience.

Experience in delivering at least 2 SAP data migration projects.

Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, debugging, and interfaces.

Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA data models and logistics processes.

Experience working with SAP customers across various industries.

Experience with S4HANA migration tools like Migration Cockpit, Data Services, or Migration Workbench, and implementing data migration objects in SD, MM, PP, PM modules; SAP DMLT tools and methodology are a plus.

Knowledge of key business processes such as Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate, or Hire-2-Retire is advantageous.

Excellent communication, moderation skills, and team spirit.

Fluency in English required.

High customer focus, results-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.

Willingness to travel (10-30%).

Experience with international projects is a plus.
