Job summary

United Exports is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Liaison in Paarl to support the Sales Enablement team. The role ensures customer due diligence, accurate technical documentation, and timely QC feedback across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years in a technical/QA or agricultural support role.
• Strong knowledge of the fruit industry and market requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Account Managers.
• Manage customer due diligence packs before each season.
• Verify documentation is complete and accurate.
• Update portals with grower compliance information.
• Coordinate QC inspections and manage feedback to growers and teams.
• Capture QC data in ERP systems and maintain records.
• Communicate technical specifications to stakeholders.
