The client is seeking a Technical Lead Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in real-time software development to lead and mentor a team, deliver high-quality software solutions, support client needs, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing complex software projects, particularly in warehouse and supply chain environments.

Key Requirements The C# engineer will work with Microsoft Technologies and Blazor for the UI The Node.js projects use Node.JS Express HTML for the UI The C projects are written entirely in C on a Linux OS.

10 years or more in real-time software development role Experience in managing small development teams.

Experience in delivering successful, complex software application projects.
