In this role, you\'ll be key to shaping the technical direction of our projects, setting best practices, and driving the success of our development team.

What You\'ll Do

• Software Development & Architecture: You\'ll lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure e-commerce solutions. This includes actively contributing to the codebase, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Technical Strategy & Innovation: You\'ll define the agency\'s technical strategy and ensure our technology stack remains modern and efficient. You will also assess and recommend new technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: You will manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering their professional growth and skills. You\'ll serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing guidance and helping to overcome technical challenges.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience: You should have a minimum of 8+ years of professional development experience, with a strong background in e-commerce solutions.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js is essential. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or headless commerce architectures is also required.
• Leadership: You must have proven experience in a lead or senior developer role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities. A portfolio showcasing your leadership in complex technical projects is a must.
• Education: A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Beneficial Skills: Experience with e-commerce career specialization, practical AI production skills, or Kubernetes would be a plus.
