About the Position

Candidate Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Support Agent.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot logs and use dev tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-demand situations.
