Role Description

To work as part of a geographically dispersed IT team to provide technical support and service, enabling HEROtsc’s contact centre technologies to run effectively and efficiently.

Purpose & Context

To support and grow the business by assisting in critical issues, supporting operations, and contributing to business objectives within a dispersed IT team.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Supporting multiple systems and users in a contact centre environment.
  • Knowledge of contact centre technology and process improvements through existing and new solutions.
  • Clear communication skills across all staff levels.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  • Experience with change management initiatives.
  • Understanding of systems such as HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, Avaya, Citrix, IVR, VOIP.
  • Teamwork and ability to support operational requirements within specific timeframes.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on personal standards and continuous development.
  • Experience working with Helpdesk systems, prioritizing requests based on severity.
