Technical Field Support - Riebeeck-West

Our client, a well-established vegetable farm located in RIEBEECK-WEST, Western Cape, is looking for a dynamic TECHNICAL FIELD SUPPORT MANAGER to join their team.

The position will report to the National Sales Manager of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing of various seedlings & recruiting new business
• Maintenance and support of the existing client basis
• Sound communication with production team to ensure timeous delivery of seedlings to clients which are mostly farmers
• Follow-up & support to the clients with the relevant information to establishing & growing of seedlings

Requirements:

• A relevant Tertiary Education in Agriculture or Horticulture i.e. Diploma or Degree
• Relevant technical field support experience in the agricultural or horticultural field will be advantageous
• Reliable, proactive & energetic
• Able to work independently & in teams
• Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
• Computer literate
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
