Job description

Technical capabilities

• Implements technical solutions, and interacts with presales personnel to complete the conversion of technical solutions into implementation solutions.
• Understand the comprehensive technical solution, break it down to each technical team task, and control the overall progress and implementation.
• Be capable of managing project technical risk identification and coping with key delivery risks and problem.

Management capabilities

• Experience in technical management teams, capability of building organizational structures, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and work process building, and capability of formulating team appraisal mechanisms.

Communication capabilities

• Have high-level reporting experience, identify key customers, respond to and follow up customer problems in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships.

Operation capabilities

• Have experience in dedicated service sales POs, and guide customers to obtain service sales through the network.

Assistance capabilities

• Have experience in working with engineering teams and pre-sales teams, understand the work interface of each team, and be capable of effective communication between teams.

Reporting capability

• Have the technical delivery reporting capability, prepare reporting materials, and have a strong logic thinking of problem handling.
