Product Support: Assisting with product knowledge & technical support to existing & new clients either via email, telephone, social media, walk-ins, etc.
After Sales Support: Support on demand-based re-equipments like commissioning and breakdowns in SA.
Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment in-house and during field visits.
Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the root cause analysis and proposing possible solutions.
Performing and/or assisting in project assignments, reports, and processing/maintenance of all required paperwork.
