Top design and build company with a strong background in the construction industry is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Coordinator to join their team.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Carry out internal processes and procedures using trackers, reports, and checklists.
  • Manage the preparation of project terms and proposals.
  • Oversee the design programme and prepare monthly client reports.
  • Coordinate information and liaise with in-house architects, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architects.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
  • Attend design meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Personal Specification
  • At least 3 years’ experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience across the entire project cycle in residential projects.
  • Good understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements.
  • Punctual, reliable, with good practical skills.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
