The opportunity

With the rapid development of tax technology solutions, especially SaaS solutions, EY Tax and Law have created a new “Centre of Excellence” (CoE) to support these solutions throughout their lifecycle.

The objectives of the SaaS CoE are:

• Operational management of Tax and Law SaaS solutions
• Sales enablement and support to drive market success

The SaaS CoE supports solutions like GVRT, GTES, MDR Web, EY GloBE Engine, and DPN, with plans to expand.

Joining the SaaS CoE offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to its success, focusing on operational management and ensuring smooth technology support.

We seek a Tax or Law professional for the content team to develop and assess content management processes across all solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global Content Lead to assess how legislative changes impact configurations and manage content updates.
• Create process documentation for content updates.
• Support resolution of content-related tickets and incidents.
• Work with local experts to keep content compliant and up-to-date, including obtaining approvals.
• Develop knowledge tools for internal and external use, e.g., on e-invoicing developments.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, experience in monitoring or maintaining regulatory updates, and an interest or background in SaaS solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in tax/legal research or regulatory updates, with ability to synthesize information.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional services.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in technology tools (Excel, automation, BI).
• Experience with tax and law SaaS solutions.
