Job description

To support the technical department by providing administrative services and duties related to building and equipment maintenance according to Mediclinic policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  1. Work order administration and reporting
  2. Financial administration and reporting
  3. Build and maintain stakeholder relations and client services within the Technical Department
  4. General administration and filing
REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Essential Education: Grade 12 or equivalent occupational certificate
  • Desired Education: NQF5 Higher or Occupational Certificate in Bookkeeping / Finance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Essential Minimum Experience: None
  • Desired Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative role, experience within a maintenance/technical environment or facilities management/hospital environment; experience in bookkeeping or finance
