You will provide support for vehicle breakdowns by answering calls, utilizing various tools for efficient resolution, and following up on all calls. Candidates should have matric and at least 2 years of experience in a technical environment. Familiarity with truck and trailer functionality is essential.

• Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Tracking software.

TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR (2 Positions)

Job Summary: (not limited to)

• Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.
• Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.
• Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.
• Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  
  

Requirement

• Matric
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Technical / Mechanical environment.
• Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality and terms.
• Shift (Day & Night) and weekend work required.
• Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, Tracking etc.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
