Technical Buyer

Location : Krudgersdorp

Salary : R20 000CTC

Duties

• Quoting prices to customers off published price lists and by requesting pricing.
• Co-ordinating order delivery between different the company and customer locations; Relationship building with buyers and customers.
• Ensuring accuracy and correct execution on quotations and delivery of products; Completing various reports.
• Completing administration requirements and paperwork.
• Inspecting and loading of orders
• Processing of customer purchase orders from sourcing stock, suppling feedback to ensuring delivery of orders are completed.
• Assisting with deemed VAT on cross border transactions.
• Keeping track of stock levels, assisting with stock take and reporting on variances.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / N3.
• Computer Literate (Outlook; Excel, Word etc).
• A technical qualification would be an advantage.
• Technical buying experienceStrong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Pay attention to detail and have a high level of technical proficiency.
