Job description

Responsibilities :

• Analyse existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support.
• Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes.

Education :

• Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in process and business analysis, systems analysis, design, or related areas.
• Experience with UML, data modelling, and process mapping.
• Experience with Splynx is beneficial.
• Some project management experience.
• Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries).
