We are the world’s leading cinema software supplier, and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing digital team! You’ll be working to deliver exceptional digital transformation projects to cinema customers in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple teams and time zones.

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced Business Analyst with proven success in an Agile software development environment. Your role will involve understanding the full scope of integrations development covering core cinema industry business functions, requiring a deep and broad understanding of the domain.

You will uncover intersections between cinema, third-party systems, moviegoers, and Vista requirements. After scoping, gap analysis, and functional design, you will collaborate closely with the development team to shepherd each project through to deployment in live cinemas.

Our core integration responsibilities include Compliance & Fiscalisation, Payments, Data Import/Export & Reports, ERP, and APIs. Prior exposure to these areas is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirements gathering and analysis.
  2. Producing functional specifications and designing solutions.
  3. Generating development artifacts (tickets, acceptance criteria, etc.) and overseeing features to completion.
  4. Proactively identifying potential issues and challenges.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Personal Attributes:

  • Confidence, positivity, self-motivation, creativity, and insatiable curiosity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical background in an Agile software development SDLC, utilizing process management tools such as TFS and Wrike.
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to generate effective requirements and own feature development through to delivery.
  • Experience working within integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good professional relationships across all levels of the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the software industry as a Business Analyst.
  • Fundamental understanding of technical systems and specification writing concepts.
