Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their CodeBeamer team on a strategic, long-term project. This role offers an opportunity to influence the future of automotive technology by working with cutting-edge tools and international teams.

Key Requirements :

• Skilled in gathering and analyzing requirements for data-intensive applications/systems and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
• Understanding the current product's tech stack to lead business & IT discussions, formulate requirements, and build the backlog.
• Experience in developing process flows, data flows, and diagrams to support solutions.
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements from stakeholders to design current and future states.
• Experience in creating technical specifications from business requirements suitable for development.
• Ability to create Epics and User Stories aligning with analysis and specifications, including defining Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Migrations.
• Ability to interpret business and system requirements into user interface and interaction requirements to create usable UX.
• Data modeling experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate these into detailed technical and functional requirements, including process, data, people, and technical workflows.
• Analyze the end-to-end application data migration process, considering all touchpoints and impacts when assessing new or changed business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, re-use, and standardization within platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication, listening, advising, influencing, and negotiating skills.
• Initiate meetings with stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations, and ensure requirements are met.
