Reverside is an IT services provider; we are always looking for professional candidates to join our team in Software Development, providing opportunities to work on exciting projects within our well-established client base.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst Professional with 2-5 years of practical experience in major projects or areas, with relevant exposure to the credit business. The Credit Business Analyst will be responsible for defining requirements and product sets for configuration and maintenance of existing modules of the Murex product suite. Currently, this suite comprises the Murex Limits Controller and Basel II Credit Capital Calculator modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of credit processes, systems, information requirements, flows, and functional system requirements.
• Build, develop, and maintain credit business processes to identify and understand business workings, derive requirements, and address system constraints, including current and future processes.
• Assess the impact of proposed project changes on the business and supporting IT systems.
• Perform impact assessments on new requirements, considering upstream and downstream systems.
• Ensure comprehensive assessment of the entire Credit system and its dependencies during analysis.
• Support the Credit Business Architecture and adhere to architecture standards.
• Analyze gaps between current and future states, identify process re-engineering opportunities, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Document end-to-end Credit process flows, including activities, inputs, outputs, resources, and performance measures.
• Support efficiency targets for end-to-end Credit processes and touchpoints in Business Units.
• Assist project teams with Murex configuration to translate business needs into system functionality.
• Define report requirements and specifications for business and IT changes.
• Understand existing systems and their inter-dependencies (As-Is analysis).
• Analyze business processes and system requirements, proposing re-engineering or optimization as needed.
• Ensure project alignment with credit business architecture and standards.
• Understand system specifications to identify solutions, opportunities, and limitations.
• Apply Business Architecture guidelines to ensure high-quality requirements and specifications.
• Assist Technical Designers in translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements and specifications, proactively identifying issues.
• Interface with other Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Collaborate with technical architects on the credit systems landscape.
• Challenge business demands, identify redundancies, and optimize needs.
• Create and maintain a Credit business information model and data guidelines.
• Provide expert advice within Credit.
• Stay updated on changes in credit management practices and industry best practices.

Requirements
