Job summary

A leading company in mining equipment seeks a Sales professional to drive projects and manage client relationships. Candidates must have significant experience in the mining industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• 5-10 years dry plant experience, preferably with chutes and bulk handling equipment.
• Must have a valid passport and driver's license.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sales, projects, inspections, after-sales services, and client acquisition.
• Prepare management reports and support agents.
• Plan trips and manage client relations.

Skills

Education

Minimum Grade 12 or N3

Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Mining

Position key tasks and duties will include Sales, Projects, Inspections, After-Sales, Servicing of existing Clients and Acquisition of New Clients .

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience in the mining industry is a prerequisite.
• Dry plant experience of minimum 5-10 years. Preferably, chutes and other bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, etc.
• Relationships on the mines in the areas mentioned above essential.
• Minimum Grade 12 or N3. A relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Mining activities would be advantageous.
• Computer Literate.
• Multi-lingual and have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid passport and driver’s licence.
• Must be of good health to comply with client and company requirements.
• Self-discipline, motivated, outgoing.
• Work independently with minimal supervision

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to plan trips, and movements to suit the needs of the clients.
• Must be able to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Must be able to prepare Management Reports.
• Must be able to provide support to agents.
