Technical Account Manager

JSM Business Services, on behalf of a renowned client, is looking for dynamic Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to join our expanding team.

As a key player in sustaining customer relationships and driving business growth, this role is integral to our continued success.

Your Role :
  1. Customer Retention : Ensure high customer retention rates.
  2. Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling within our existing client base.
  3. One-Time Sales : Secure lucrative one-time sales opportunities.
  4. Team Collaboration : Work alongside Customer Care for a seamless client experience.
Key Performance Indicators :
  1. Customer Satisfaction : Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  2. Retention Rate : Maintain a customer retention rate of 95% or more.
  3. Account Growth : Aim for a minimum of 15% annual account growth.
  4. Efficient Response & Resolution : Keep response time under 4 hours and resolution time under 24 hours.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed set KPIs.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.

  • Competitive Salary : Starting from 15k a month plus benefits.
