JOB CONTEXT :

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong expertise in IT support, project management, and account management to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing inquiries proactively.
  • Provide IT support and oversee technical projects to ensure seamless execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, strategies, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications And Skills Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management in a client-facing role.
  • Proven expertise in IT support and project management within a professional setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure.
  • Professional demeanour and ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in relevant tools / software related to IT support and account management.
