A customer service solutions provider in Johannesburg is looking for a Team Leader - Tech Support to lead their customer service team. You will motivate and guide your team to ensure service excellence in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, with responsibilities including team training, performance monitoring, and data analysis to enhance efficiency. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in customer service and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. This full-time role includes managing international shifts.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a customer service contact centre environment.
• At least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Experience working international shifts with schedule flexibility.
