The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-driven Tech Ops & CRM Specialist to own and optimize our marketing tech stack, automate operations, and ensure our backend runs like clockwork. If you're fluent in HubSpot, live inside spreadsheets, and thrive on fixing, improving, and launching systems—this one's for you.

What You'll Own

  • Maintain and optimize marketing funnels: CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel), webinars, nurturing workflows, and more

  • Troubleshoot tech issues and proactively build foolproof systems

  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and ops to bring campaigns and ideas to life

  • Build automations with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n

  • Consolidate and clean up data across tools, spreadsheets, and systems

  • Provision user access and manage platform accounts across the team

  • Deliver dashboards, charts, and visual reporting for leadership

  • Keep tech projects running on schedule and at a high standard

What You Bring

  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM (Deals, Contacts, Automation)

  • Experience with sales and marketing tech integrations

  • Strong data management skills (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

  • Automation skills (Zapier, Make, or similar)

  • Familiarity with technical setups (domains, email, UTM tags, tracking pixels)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

  • Fluent English and remote-team collaboration skills

  • Email deliverability expertise

  • Data viz tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Basic SQL or database experience
