Core Description: Provides remote support and assistance to BCX clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate technical issues remotely and provide resolutions.
  2. Follow up on all outstanding queries promptly as per SLA.
  3. Redirect problems or incidents to the appropriate resource.
  4. Identify and escalate recurring problems to management.
  5. Track and route logged problems and requests.
  6. Update resolved incidents in the call logging system.
  7. Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism when engaging with clients.
