A leading company in financial technology seeks a Manager, Partner Sales in Cape Town. This role focuses on leading a team of Account Executives to enhance partner experiences and drive sales growth. How you’ll make an impact
Xero’s Partner Channel is exciting, working in partnership with Accountants and BookKeepers to help them and their small business clients become more successful. We achieve this by leveraging Xero’s products and services to save time and provide greater financial insights.
The Manager, Partner Sales, is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating (Senior) Account Executives who work with Xero’s Partners. The role involves helping partners achieve sales targets and guiding them through their digital adoption journey, adding value and providing consultation.
What you’ll do
You will ensure your team is engaged and focused on delivering exceptional Partner experiences and meeting their targets. You will guide, coach, and develop your team to perform at their best, encouraging innovative thinking to overcome challenges. You will also align with our sales enablement program to ensure continuous skill development.
You will monitor activity targets within your portfolio of partners and ensure clear account plans are in place.
You will stay informed about our Partners and advise the broader Xero team on buyer trends, feedback, competitor activity, acquisition opportunities, and potential roadblocks.
