Experience
- 6+ years in Telephony Engineering, with hands-on experience in dialers, telecoms infrastructure, and bespoke configurations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and lead in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience working with third-party providers and vendors.
- Exposure to cloud-based telephony systems like Amazon Connect and MS Teams Telephony.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Certification in AWS Practitioner or AWS Architecture
Knowledge
- Team leadership principles and practices
- Operational management and quality assurance
- Stakeholder and client engagement
- HR fundamentals and performance management
- Basic data analytics and reporting
- Call centre environments and telephony systems
- Implementation and rollout strategies for telephony platforms

Conditions of Employment
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required
